Castro part en retraite... déjà !

Dans un message à la presse officielle, le Lider Maximo annonce qu'il renonce au pouvoir.

«Je n'aspirerai ni n'accepterai -je répète- je n'aspirerai ni n'accepterai la charge de Président du Conseil d'Etat et de Commandant en chef», a écrit Castro dans le quotidien Granma, organe officiel du régime cubain.
